Our monthly family meet-up takes place on the last Sunday of every month from 10am - 12pm at The Boathouse at Rushden Lakes, Northamptonshire. These sessions provide a relaxed and welcoming environment for families who have a child or young person with Down syndrome to come together, connect, and share experiences. Light refreshments, tea and coffee are also provided.
Whether you’ve just joined the Ups ’n’ Downs community or have been with us for years, we’d love to see you there - a relaxed morning to meet others, share experiences, and feel part of something supportive and meaningful. Each meet-up offers the chance to build real connections with other families who understand both the joys and challenges of raising a child with Down syndrome. It’s a space where friendships grow, confidence is nurtured and every family is celebrated.
